RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Lorenzo Fashion, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

30-DAY RETURNS

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in the same condition in which you received it.
• Have all original tags attached, where applicable.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Not show signs of washing, damage, stains, perfume, makeup or other use.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include your order number and briefly explain the reason for your return.

We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return where applicable.

Gift cards and items that are clearly personalised or made to your specifications may also be excluded from returns where permitted by law.

Any statutory rights you have as a consumer remain unaffected.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider or bank additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Where permitted by law, a partial refund may be offered if an item is returned in a condition that is materially different from the condition in which it was received, including signs of use, damage, missing parts or missing original packaging.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.

SALE ITEMS

Sale and promotional items are eligible for returns where required by applicable consumer law and where they meet the conditions of this policy.

Any non-refundable promotional items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

RETURN DELIVERY

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.

Lorenzo Fashion is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit where the customer has chosen the return shipping method and applicable law does not provide otherwise.

Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

REFUND TIMEFRAME

We aim to process eligible returns as quickly as reasonably possible after receiving them.

Once your refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

LEGAL CONSUMER RIGHTS
